Deposit Policy:

To secure your slot booking at our Beauty Salon, we kindly request an advance deposit. The deposit percentage will vary based on the specific service you are booking.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment. No-shows will result in non-refundable deposits.

Late Arrival Policy:

Arrive 5 minutes earlier for check-in and color selection. Notify if you'll be late; lateness might lead to shorter treatment or rescheduling.

Credit Card Policy:

In-store credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge.

Service Guarantee:
Services are non-refundable. Immediate concerns resolved before leaving. Nails chipped after service? Free fix within 3 days of the original treatment.

24-hour notice for cancellation via call, email, or online. 48-hour notice for groups of 3 or more; deposits might not be refunded with less than

Gift Card Policy:

Valid for 12 months from issuance. Not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen cards not replaced.

Service, product, and other charges on the pricelist. Prices subject to change without notice; inclusive of GST.

Salon not responsible for breaking, lifting, or infected nails.
Re-fills over 2-3 weeks charged extra.
Charges for damaged designs.
No refund or credit for change of mind.
Unhappy with work? Notify immediately for redo.
Acceptance of service quality upon leaving the salon.
Repairs or replacements due to customer damage incur charges.
Notify of dissatisfaction within 48 hours.
Possible reactions to eyelash extensions; contact us for assistance.
Recommended maintenance for eyelash extensions.

Contact salon manager for complaints or feedback. If not resolved, contact salon management or provided contact information.
Request the desired service.
Inform staff of allergies before service.

Report concerns to staff or salon manager immediately.

Inform salon manager of infections or abnormal reactions. Strive to provide quality services with respect and courtesy.
